Free 3D designs, say what?!

Everyone likes free stuff, right?  Not everything I design here is intended to be for sale.  Sometimes I'll design something just to challenge myself, other times it's because I'm cheap and know that I can print it instead of buying it, and sometimes its a gift for family or friends. 

Early on, 3D printing afforded me the ability to make things that I otherwise couldn't justify purchasing, particularly when it come to shooting sports such as multi-gun or USPSA.  I was also able to use designs that were already publicly available, sometimes running them as-is or tweaking the design to fit my needs.  I want other people out there to be able to do the same thing!

You may be asking yourself, "what good do 3D models do me if I don't have a 3D printer?"  3D printing is becoming incredibly mainstream, and while you may not personally own one, a lot of people do!  Talk to people at work or school, or maybe seek out a makerspace/hackerspace that has them!  If you don't want to do that, there are other websites that you can upload the design to that will give you pricing and lead time instantly that you can order from.
